2. Purpose of the website

ArmeeBadge offers custom badges, including badges intended for sections.

ArmeeBadge is not an official service and is not affiliated with the Swiss Confederation, the Swiss Armed Forces, or any public authority or governmental body. No product or content provided by ArmeeBadge constitutes an official certificate.

The user/customer remains responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information provided (text, spelling, section, address, etc.),
  • ensuring any customer-supplied elements (logos, insignia, images) do not infringe third-party rights,
  • the final use of the products.

3. Intellectual property

All content on ArmeeBadge (texts, visuals, graphics, logos, layout, design, code, brand elements, and the name “ArmeeBadge”) is the exclusive property of Indelib LLC or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation (in whole or in part) without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Customer-supplied elements: the customer warrants they hold the necessary rights to any content they provide (texts, logos, insignia, images). The customer remains solely responsible in case of any third-party claim.

4. Accuracy of information

Indelib LLC strives to keep information accurate and up to date; however, errors or omissions may occur. For questions, contact: team@armeebadge.ch.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indelib LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages (loss of time, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, etc.),
  • consequences of inaccurate information provided by the customer (customization, address, etc.),
  • delays/losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Indelib LLC commits to a best-efforts obligation and does not guarantee any outcome beyond producing items consistent with the approved preview/mock-up.

6. NFC and MilGuide app

Some badges may include NFC functionality requiring:

  • an NFC-capable smartphone,
  • use of the MilGuide app on Android and iOS.

The user is responsible for device compatibility and their usage environment.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website may use:

  • basic analytics tools (audience measurement),
  • Google Ads (advertising / conversion tracking).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, jurisdiction is determined under Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Indelib LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disaster, major outage, cyberattack, strike, etc.).

10. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
